MeeFa 株式会社（MeeFa K.K.）（以下「当社」）が提供するスクリーンショット撮影・簡易編集（注釈・モザイク）アプリケーション MF Shot（以下「本アプリ」）における、利用者のプライバシーに関する方針を定めます。本アプリは利用者のデータを当社サーバーに送信せず、端末内で完結する設計です。本ポリシーはその設計を明文化し、App Store の審査要件に対応するために公開しています。
1. 取得・保存するデータ
1.1 端末内に保存されるデータ
本アプリは以下を利用者の端末内のみに保存します。端末の外（当社サーバーや第三者）に送信することはありません。
- 撮影したスクリーンショット画像: 利用者が撮影した画面の画像
- 編集結果: 矢印・線・図形・テキスト注釈・モザイク等を適用した画像、および再編集のための注釈レイヤ情報
- 履歴: 過去に撮影・編集した画像の一覧
- 設定: ショートカット割当、タイマー秒数、サウンドの有無、表示言語などの設定値
保存場所は OS が本アプリに割り当てたサンドボックス内のデータディレクトリ（macOS: ~/Library/Containers/jp.meefa.mf-shot/）です。アンインストール時に OS の標準手順に従って削除されます。利用者が「書き出し（Export）」を実行した場合のみ、利用者自身が選んだ場所に画像ファイルが保存されます。
1.2 当社サーバーに送信されるデータ
**ありません。**本アプリは撮影画像・利用統計・クラッシュレポート・テレメトリを含め、一切のデータを当社サーバーへ送信しません。画像の編集・モザイク処理はすべて端末内で完結します。
2. 第三者サービス・外部通信
本アプリは外部サーバーとの通信を一切行いません。撮影画像・利用統計・クラッシュレポートを含め、いかなるデータも第三者に送信しません。ソフトウェアの更新は、App Store が標準機能として提供する経路で行われます。
将来、有料プラン（公式ストアの In-App Purchase）を追加する場合も、決済処理と支払情報（クレジットカード番号・請求先住所等）は Apple が直接取得・管理し、当社は受領しない設計とします。その際は本ポリシーを改訂のうえ告知します。
3. OS の権限利用
本アプリは機能提供のため、OS に対して以下の権限を要求することがあります。いずれも利用者の明示的な承認を前提とし、データは端末外に出ません。

これらの権限を付与しない場合でも、本アプリの基本的な操作の一部は利用可能です。ただし画面収録権限が無い場合、撮影画像が壁紙のみ・真っ黒になり、撮影機能は利用できません。
4. データの削除
- 履歴の画像は、本アプリ内の操作（履歴パネルの削除ボタン）でいつでも削除できます
- OS 標準の手順でアプリをアンインストールすると、設定を含むサンドボックス内のデータはすべて削除されます
5. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは 13 歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。当社は意図的に 13 歳未満から個人情報を取得することはありません。
6. トラッキング
本アプリは広告識別子（IDFA / AAID 等）の取得・利用を行いません。クッキーやウェブビーコンの類も使用しません。App Store の「App Privacy」欄においても「データの収集なし」として申告しています。
7. セキュリティ
本アプリは以下の標準的な保護措置を講じています。
- OS が提供するサンドボックス内にデータを保存し、他アプリからのアクセスを制限
- 撮影画像・編集結果は端末内に留まり、外部に送信されません
- 撮影画像・編集・モザイク処理はすべて端末内で完結し、「書き出し」以外で利用者の他フォルダへアクセスすることはありません
8. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、法令の変更や機能追加に応じて改訂することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本アプリのリリースノートまたは当社ウェブサイトで告知します。

This policy describes how MF Shot (the “App”), a screenshot capture and light-editing (annotation / mosaic) application provided by MeeFa K.K. (the “Company”), handles user privacy. The App is designed to keep all user data on the user’s own device, without transmitting it to the Company’s servers. This policy formalizes that design and is published to satisfy the review requirements of the App Store.
1. Data We Collect and Store
1.1 Data stored on your device
The App stores the following information on your device only. It is never transmitted outside your device (neither to the Company’s servers nor to any third party).
- Captured screenshot images: images of the screen you captured.
- Edited results: images with arrows, lines, shapes, text annotations, mosaic, and similar effects applied, together with the annotation-layer information used for re-editing.
- History: a list of images you have captured and edited in the past.
- Settings: shortcut assignments, timer durations, sound on/off, display language, and other configuration values.
The storage location is the data directory inside the sandbox the OS assigns to the App (macOS: ~/Library/Containers/jp.meefa.mf-shot/). It is removed when you uninstall the App through the OS’s standard procedures. Image files are saved to a location of your own choosing only when you run “Export.”
1.2 Data sent to our servers
None. The App does not send any data to our servers, including captured images, usage analytics, crash reports, or telemetry. All image editing and mosaic processing is completed entirely on your device.
2. Third-Party Services and Outbound Communication
The App does not communicate with any external server. No data — including captured images, usage analytics, and crash reports — is transmitted to any third party. Software updates are delivered through the standard channel provided by the App Store.
If paid plans (official-store In-App Purchases) are added in the future, payment processing and payment details (credit card numbers, billing addresses, etc.) will be collected and managed directly by Apple, and the Company will not receive them. This policy will be revised and announced at that time.
3. OS Permissions
The App may request the following permissions from the operating system to provide its features. Each is premised on your explicit consent, and the data never leaves your device.

Even without granting these permissions, some of the App’s basic operations remain available. However, without the Screen Recording permission, captured images will show only the wallpaper or appear all black, and the capture feature cannot be used.
4. Data Deletion
- History images can be deleted at any time from within the App (the delete button in the History panel).
- Uninstalling the App through the OS’s standard procedures deletes all data inside the sandbox, including settings.
5. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 years of age. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
6. Tracking
The App does not collect or use advertising identifiers (IDFA / AAID, etc.). It does not use cookies or web beacons. In the App Store “App Privacy” section, it is accordingly declared as “Data Not Collected.”
7. Security
The App applies the following standard protective measures:
- Data is stored inside the OS-provided sandbox, limiting access from other applications.
- Captured images and edited results stay on your device and are not transmitted externally.
- Image capture, editing, and mosaic processing are all completed entirely on your device; the App does not access any of your other folders except through “Export.”
8. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this policy in response to legal changes or new features. When we make material changes, we will announce them in the App’s release notes or on the Company website.
